I am having a blast in Portland, Oregon learning a lot about concepts and mechanics in floral design at the Floral Design Institute. This morning was a little challenging in trying to tie a pretty bow, but I'm sure with practice I'll get that down. Ha!
I do confess that I miss my home, and my husband, and my dog greatly. But in a few short weeks I will be home and very busy starting my business up and running. So I am also enjoying just being in the moment here, soaking up as much information as I possibly can.
